A male who allegedly raped a lady on a riverbank told military he was Saddam Hussein, a justice has heard.
Abdel-Aziz Al-Shamary, 21, was arrested shortly after a woman, in her 30s, was found nearby a stream with her face lonesome in blood and her jeans and underwear around her ankles.
When he was taken into control he shouted out to a womanlike officer perplexing to pronounce to him, Teeside climax justice heard.
‘Do we know Saddam Hussein? we am Saddam Hussein. we will not pronounce to you, we are a woman,’ he yelled.
He also shouted ‘Bitch country’ on dual occasions.
PC Jackie Mallows told a court: ‘He kept revelation me not to hold him and he also pronounced “I will not pronounce to you, we are a lady – in my nation we pronounce to men”.’

She told military officers in a video statement: ‘I left a pub and he came over to me and pushed me over on a weed of a stream bank.
‘I fell face down with my arms in front of me and we incited to demeanour during him and he punched me in a face.
‘He punched me again with his fist and strike me on a nose, when we put my palm to my face it was lonesome in blood.
‘Then he got on tip of me from behind, we could feel his weight on me. He pulled down my jeans and my pants and we could feel that he was raping me.
‘He told me not to contend anything or he would come behind and mistreat me. He done me feel horrible, fearful and frightened.’

‘She pronounced that he had been raped and that he would come back.’
The justice was also told how Al-Shamary called another lady in a travel ‘ugly bitch’ and pronounced she was ‘not worthy’ after a purported rape on a riverbank.
